- We do NOT collect any personally identifiable information
- We do NOT track your browsing history
- We do NOT collect usage analytics or statistics

2.2 Data Stored Locally
The Extension stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Alarm configurations: Your alarm times, messages, and repeat settings
- Settings preferences: Sound selection, volume level, and notification preferences
- Calendar sync status: Whether calendar integration is enabled (if you choose to use it)
This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any servers.
3. Google Calendar Integration (Optional)
3.1 What Happens When You Enable Calendar Sync
Google Calendar integration is completely optional. If you choose to connect your Google Calendar:
- The Extension will request permission to access your Google Calendar
- You must explicitly authorize access through Google’s OAuth consent screen
- The Extension will read your upcoming calendar events to create local alarm reminders
- The Extension may create calendar events when you sync alarms to your calendar
3.2 How We Use Your Calendar Data
- Calendar event data is only used to create corresponding alarm reminders
- Event information (title, time, location) is stored locally on your device
- We do NOT store calendar data on any external servers
- We do NOT access, modify, or share calendar data beyond creating reminders
- You can disconnect calendar sync at any time from the extension settings
3.3 Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Local Storage
- All alarm data is stored using Chrome’s built-in
chrome.storageAPI - Data is stored locally on your device
- If you enable Chrome Sync in your browser, Chrome may sync your extension data across your devices (this is controlled by Chrome, not our extension)
4.2 Data Security
- Your data is protected by Chrome’s security mechanisms
- No data is transmitted to external servers (except optional Google Calendar API requests)
- Google Calendar authentication uses OAuth 2.0 for secure authorization
- Access tokens are stored locally and never shared with third parties

6. Third-Party Services
The Extension only interacts with third-party services when you explicitly enable optional features:
- Google Calendar API: Only accessed when you enable calendar sync
- Google OAuth: Used for secure authentication when connecting Google Calendar
We do not use any analytics services, advertising networks, or other third-party tracking services.
7. Your Rights and Control
You have complete control over your data:
- Access: All your alarm data is accessible within the extension interface
- Export: You can export your alarm data using the built-in export feature
- Delete: You can delete individual alarms or clear all alarms at any time
- Disconnect Calendar: You can disconnect Google Calendar sync at any time from settings
- Complete Removal: Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data
8. Children’s Privacy
The Extension does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The Extension is intended for general audiences and does not target children.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Data Retention
- Alarm data is retained locally on your device until you delete it or uninstall the extension
- Calendar access tokens are retained until you disconnect calendar sync or uninstall the extension
- Uninstalling the extension automatically removes all stored data from your device
11. International Users
The Extension stores all data locally on your device, regardless of your location. No data is transmitted to servers in any jurisdiction.
